Toughened Glass
- .Our glass toughening furnaces manufacture round the clock to supply double glazing unit manufacturers and the window and door industry with quality toughened glass.
- Toughened glass is produced in thicknesses from 4mm to 12mm and sizes up to 2100mm x 4200mm.
• Our toughened products are manufactured to BS EN 12150 and included in our Kitemark licence.
• Paired and filmed or padded ready for immediate manufacture into IG units.
• Supplied loose or on stillages.
Stock Distribution
- We stock a wide range of flat glasses sourced from the major glass manufacturers. This is available for next day delivery to within a 120 mile radius of Birmingham. For this purpose Forward Glass has its own substantial fleet of delivery vehicles. This includes stock carrying vehicles, curtain sided vehicles and flat-bed vehicles with cranes for offloading.
- Glass cut to size including laminated glass is also available as part of our distribution service.
Processed Glass
Our glass processing facilities include full CNC cutting, drilling and polishing machinery. We produce a full range of products for applications including entrance doors and screens, partitioning, glass balustrading, structural glazing systems, display units and glass furniture.
